Dim sum and shared plates with neon canteen energy on the Damstraat

Roxy puts dim sum in the middle of the menu instead of at the start, built around a whole table sharing plates as they land, not a set order. Chinese cooking read through a canteen, not a banqueting hall.

The room matches that mood: neon accents, hard surfaces, more late night canteen than white tablecloth. It sits a short walk east of the Grote Markt, on the Damstraat heading down toward the Spaarne.
