Nice restaurant and concept. What annoyed us the most was the spot that was given to us. There is a long high table with a row of chairs next to each other and we were placed in the middle of it, with people being seated right next to us (so close that our shoulders were touching). It was like other people were sitting with us and participating in our conversation. This made the atmosphere not nice, especially if you're going out as a couple and expect the bare minimum privacy. In addition, the price-quality ratio was not right. The food was okay, but a bit too expensive for what we got. The concept is nice, but in my opinion execution has definitely room for improvement. Service was friendly and attentive!

Love this place, second time now. It is a wine bar with italian fresh food. Plenty of good wines to choose from, fresh and simple italian dishes but very well cooked and tastefull. The service was great, and we love the relaxed atmosphere here. We will be back again!

My favorite dinner in the Netherlands. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and Patricia gave me the most lovely welcome. I felt immediately taken care of and seamlessly integrated into the vibe. After years of not drinking wine because of an allergic reaction, she had me sipping the most delicious non-alcoholic white. I was stunned. And I got to enjoy my perfect ribeye with a glass of (nonalcoholic red) wine after so many years. I wish I had friends with me so I could have tried more things 😆 But I will definitely be bringing them next time. Thank you, Patricia and everyone, for making my last night in Leiden so special.

Back again and happy to confirm my first impression: this place never disappoints. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, excellent wine selection (the Pecorino is outstanding), and truly delicious food. Highlights of the evening: Barolo risotto with gorgonzola and guanciale, rich and perfectly balanced; traditional Neapolitan Genovese, full of deep flavor; and a rib eye steak that was incredibly juicy, tender, and buttery. Loved the bruschetta with burrata and anchovies, and the tiramisu was the perfect ending. Great food, great wine, friendly hospitality, and good music, definitely a place worth coming back to. 🍷

I had the most amazing experience at this wine house. I went there by myself just to enjoy a glass of wine, and I have never been treated so wonderfully anywhere else. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, and the wine was absolutely delicious. I also tried a burrata there, and it was the best burrata I’ve ever had in my life—just incredible. I left feeling so happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this place!!
