amazing specialty coffee and ceremonial matcha place in maastricht. Their filter coffee is incredible. They have homemade pastries and focaccias. Their coconut matcha cloud and cold brew are my favorites.

Atmosphere, customer service, taste - one word, pure class. I don’t experience leaving a coffee place as a first time customer with feeling as a regular who’s been going there for months. The heart-warming atmosphere and being able to talk with barista about your experience and seeing him caring about you leaving with amazing feeling would make me become the regular.

What a fantastic little find! This was our very first stop on our trip to Maastricht, and it couldn’t have been a better start. The café is incredibly cozy and welcoming, and you can tell it’s a favorite among locals and regulars. Honestly, we had a hard time deciding what to order because everything looked amazing! The pistachio pastry is an absolute must-try, and the iced matcha latte was excellent, made with real, authentic matcha and no sweeteners, which we loved. The brownie was simply to die for! And the coffee… wow. We chose the one with fruity notes, and it genuinely delivered. It was beautifully fruity and nutty, yet perfectly balanced, neither bitter nor sour. Let’s not forget about the focaccia with burrata and peaches 🤤😋 To top it all off, the staff were fantastic, friendly, patient, attentive, and genuinely fun. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

PLUM is truly one of a kind. The coffee and sweets are delicious, and the team is fantastic. The owner couple (Micol and Freddy) clearly loves what they do, and you can both see and feel their passion in every detail. The prices are fair and reasonable, making the experience even better. I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit. If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to coffee spot. Greetings from Switzerland! 🇨🇭

The drinks are very good and they have seasonal specials so you can try different things. the matcha is very good and a lot cheaper compared to other places that do it. pastries are nice as well. the pistachio cruffin was very tasty and had a nice filling. the hazelnut brownie was good but a bit underwhelming. the foccaccia sandwiches are also fresh and warm! atmosphere is nice, can get busy but its a good spot
