Boca Baco
Granada Opened Opening date unknown
Sushi, wine and tapas behind Granada's cathedral
The name is literal: "boca" for the snacks, "baco" for Bacchus, the god of wine. It sits on the east side of the cathedral, a colonial building strung with lights and a terrace out back, mixing Spanish tradition with Mediterranean and Japanese touches.
Sushi shares the menu with charcuterie boards and crème brûlée martinis, odd enough to land a mention in Forbes Centroamérica. It's been a fixture on "best of Granada" lists for years.
