Apollon is a record shop and bar under one roof, a fixture in Bergen's student quarter near the university. Flip through vinyl with a beer in hand and you get the idea.
The beer list runs deep and the calendar fills with live sets and DJ nights. Part shop, part pub, there's nothing else like it in town.

Fantastic place with an amazing vinyl selection covering all genres, had some wonderful beer and good chats with locals. Atmosphere could not be bettered. One star lost due to miserable bar staff on both nights we visited but I suppose anyone can have a bad day

So cool! A bar, music and drinks great atmosphere. Surrounded by records that they sell and albums displayed on the walls. Staff are friendly. Drinks are one of the least expensive places to go for and lots of choice for draught.

First time in Bergen and it was THE BEST experience. Staff was super friendly and polite. They even took the time to help me find the right record to take home and hit the spot right on the bull's-eye. Bonus points for having pints of Guinness. Definitely will come back. Cheers!
