The city's original brewpub

Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri has brewed on site since the 1990s, one of the first microbreweries in Norway, and it's still a fixture on Prinsens gate. The beer is made right there in the building, with a rotating line on tap and pub food to go with it.

The brewpub format was ahead of its time here and helped start Trondheim's craft-beer scene. Order a pint made a few metres from where you're sitting.
