Nineteen floors up, with the Misti in the window

Two chefs with different backgrounds put their kitchens together on the nineteenth floor of the City Towers in Cerro Colorado. Cocktails on one side, a full menu on the other, and the volcanoes lined up outside the glass.

Go before sunset for the Misti. Locals were already calling it one of the city's new reference points within a month, which in Arequipa usually takes years.
