Sunset drinks above Arequipa's white stone rooftops
Two floors up on the Alianza Francesa building, you get one of the few real views over Santa Catalina. The city's low skyline and white volcanic stone mean you see well past the block from up here.
The drinks list is short and the food menu shorter, no distractions from the view. Locals show up as much as visitors, which says something about how unpretentious it is.

The place is nice for sunset, but I wouldn't recommend staying for many hours because it gets cold and they don't have large heaters. The service was very good and everyone was very friendly. The downside is that there's no restroom nearby. The burgers and fries were very bad. I asked for sauces and they didn't have mayonnaise.
