Pick a base, then go wild. Glasé is Piura's first self-serve ice cream bar, with more than fifty toppings on offer, from fruit and candy to cookies. It sits a block from Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, so the crowd runs young and the line moves fast.

The format feels more like a build-your-own bar than a classic heladería. It's already spawned a second location outside Piura.
