The cardamom pancakes are the reason the queue exists

Chef Kier Ibañez runs the kitchen at this Bibio-team spot on Burgos Circle, and the cardamom pancakes did the work: they went around Manila's feeds within a fortnight of opening. The rest of the menu is shareable and pulls from wherever.

Burgos Circle is BGC's most walkable block, and June sits right on it, so the outdoor tables fill by ten on weekends. Order the pancakes for the table and something savoury each, otherwise it's a very sweet breakfast.
