A few days ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Bueno to test out the new menu. I started my tasting with the best of the best: the charcuterie and cheese board. I recommend this option to you too. You can discover your favorite flavors and then find them on the menu. This board is available at a great price of 39 złoty. The mini pizza also caught my eye, but I'll try it on my next visit to Bueno. Let's move on to the dumplings. I tried the gnudi made with ricotta and I have to say, it's my favorite item on the menu! I chose the classic gnudi in a truffle cream sauce. I highly recommend them. Next time, I'll try the gnudi in a rosemary cream sauce with fig jam because they sound incredibly interesting. The next item I tried was Italian gnocchi: gnocchi sautéed with spicy salami and Brussels sprouts in a balsamic and honey sauce. I have to admit, thanks to this dish, I finally fell in love with Brussels sprouts. Let's move on to the iconic sandwich from southern Italy, the Panuozzo. I opted for the Ave Ceasar, which is also a favorite among diners. It's very distinctive and delicious. This sandwich is baked with pizza dough, which is delicious at Bueno! I should also mention that the breakfast menu includes Italian panuozzo toast – I plan to try that one too. The perfect ending to dinner was the tiramisu with lemon curd. A must-try! I tried a few of the 0% mocktails and the 0% Spritz. It was at Bueno that I had the best non-alcoholic drinks. They are interesting, complex in flavor, and beautifully presented. I especially recommend the Americano 2.0 0% and the Wenus Spritz 0% – made with hibiscus, ginger, and cranberries. Wonderful! And now, most importantly – every time I'm at Bueno, I feel well-cared for. The service is always top-notch. I feel at home here. The staff are always smiling and happy to offer advice. A visit to Bueno always lifts my spirits. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend it – whether for a date or a casual get-together. You'll be well-cared for and treated to delicious food.

Bueno, a place famous throughout Łódź, is more for a snack than a full-fledged dinner. The gnudi and gnocchi portions are unfortunately small; I'd even say they're more for an appetizer; some people might not be satisfied with such a portion. I didn't order the panuozo, so I don't know how filling that sandwich is. Nevertheless, the gnudi are very tasty, as is the sauce; I can't fault the flavor in the slightest.

Fantastic food and incredibly friendly service from Darek and Bartek. Excellent pasta and homemade ketchup. Toast like you won't find anywhere else. They also have fantastic fresh orange juice, squeezed on site. We'll definitely be back :)
