Wine-first bites near the university

Most places pick the wine to match the food. Appellation flips it: the bottle list comes first, and the tapas-style plates get built around it. It's a format that barely existed in Łódź before this spot opened near the university on Uniwersytecka.

It arrived the same year as Wincepcja and Casa del Primitivo, and together the three gave the city its first real wine-bar circuit.
