Paj keeps things simple: a compact pastry counter and a name with no frills to match. It's a few minutes' walk from Plac Wolności, easy to fold into a morning wander through the center.

It landed on the Gdańska-Próchnika corner alongside Sushistory and The Kura, part of the cluster that made this stretch one of Łódź's busiest openings in 2025.
