The longest wine list in Poland, backed by its own farm

Chef Rafał Hreczaniuk and sommelier Norbert Dudziński run this spot on Rozbrat in Powiśle. The list tops 1,100 bottles, with more than forty by the glass, reportedly the biggest in the country.

The kitchen cooks seasonally with organic growers, including the restaurant's own vegetable and fruit farm at Magnuszew, south of Warsaw. Closed Sundays.
