Liang takes up two floors at the rear of the Mandarin Oriental in Msheireb Downtown, and it's serious enough to be named Doha's best Chinese restaurant by Time Out and land on the World's 50 Best Discovery list. Michelin Selected, too.

Most people start with the weekend dim sum brunch. The à la carte dinner menu goes further into Cantonese classics than the brunch format ever could.

Best dedicated & authentic Chinese restaurant in Qatar. Mr. Wisam provides the unusually amazing services and care to customers. Quick response, and the whole experience is beyond expectation. The dim sum is highly recommended, handmade with special touch. My friends from the tier-1 city in China was impressed by the quality.

I've been to Liang many times, and the main reason I keep coming back is Wissam. His service is honestly on another level. He pays attention to the smallest details, remembers what his guests like, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. You can genuinely feel that he cares, and that's something you don't come across often. A special thank you as well to Executive Chef Thomas for the consistently amazing food. Together, they make every visit a wonderful experience. Liang is lucky to have people like them.

This was one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at. We went as a family and were immediately greeted by Wassam who took excellent care of me and my family of 4. He brought out the best complimentary tea and gave us a breakdown of where the tea came from. It was more about his attention to detail that made the experience. The food was 12/10 - when I complimented the food the chef personally came to thank us. Luna was our waitress who recommended excellent dishes. Food was so good and we cannot wait to come back.

Exceptional food paired with outstanding service. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every detail was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The ambience is classy, the food is mind-blowing (pretty much everything we ordered ended up being a favourite!), and the service is simply exceptional. Gabriel at our table was most attentive and helpful, and we loved our entire experience of being at this restaurant. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
