Nobu Doha doesn't share a hotel lobby with anyone. It sits alone at the tip of a narrow peninsula off the Four Seasons, water on every side, and by the brand's own account it's the biggest Nobu on earth. The Japanese-Peruvian menu keeps the black cod and tacos everyone comes for, plus dishes built specifically for this room.

Friday brunch here is one of the hardest tables to land in Doha, and it holds a Michelin Selected listing.
