Charcoal grill and drinks named for the Congo border

Chez Tresor sits near the bus station in Gihundwe, close enough to the Congo border that the bar kept DRC's country code in its name: +243 Chez Tresor. The grill is the draw. Meat cooked over charcoal, served with plantains and rice that turn up on both sides of the border.

The crowd mixes bus travelers waiting on a connection with locals settling in for the night. That makes it louder and later than the hotel restaurants a few streets over.
