A hotel cafe that actually takes sushi seriously

Most hotel cafes stick to toast and eggs. Natia Cafe, inside the Samoana Boutique Hotel in Moata'a on the Apia Park side of town, adds a sushi menu that goes further than the breakfast crowd expects. It also trades under the name Tatilani's Cuisine.

A few other small businesses share the same hotel roof. Takeaway runs through a direct phone line rather than a delivery app, so call ahead if you want it to go.

Good to know

• Open for breakfast and lunch 7:30am to 3pm Monday to Saturday, plus dinner some nights.
• The sushi rolls are the reason people come back, not just the coffee.
