Slovenia's biggest wine house, no drive to the border required

Klet Brda is Slovenia's largest wine producer, rooted on the Italian border in Goriška Brda. This Celje outpost puts the whole range within reach: Rebula, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, sparkling, plus gift sets built around the region's best bottles.

It runs as a shop first, tasting room second. Weekday hours stretch 8:00 to 19:00, with Saturday mornings open and Sundays closed. Handy if you want Primorska wine without the trip to Primorska.
