Ibiza's first audiophile bar, picked by DJ Alfredo's son

Urusai Sunset Bar opened at El Silencio in Cala Molí on 13 June 2025, billed as the island's first true audiophile venue. Jaime Fiorito, son of Balearic scene legend DJ Alfredo, curates the sound.

It draws on Japan's jazz kissa listening-bar tradition, playing rare vinyl from the 1970s through the 2000s, with Japanese-Ibizan izakaya food from chefs Taku Yuji Mikurya and Romain Littière.
