Ibiza Opened June 2025

High-end Japanese staged as entertainment, at the marina near Pacha

SLVJ opened on 1 June 2025 inside the newly launched NH Collection Ibiza, the hotel brand's first Balearic property, right by the marina near Pacha. The Japanese kitchen is staged as much as an entertainment format as a restaurant.

The menu runs alongside music and design cues that shift through the night, rather than sitting still as a plated dinner.
