Fluffy House opened March 21, 2026 inside Svava Matgalleria in Uppsala, the first café in Sweden serving genuine Japanese fluffy pancakes.
Each pancake bakes to order using a Japanese technique for that signature height and soft texture, served alongside matcha and other Japanese-inspired drinks and desserts.

The pancakes are fun to try at least one, but they are a bit expensive and they don’t have different options for drinks and we didn’t like the taste of the matcha that much!

Bland, too dense but better than the branch in Stockholm. On the scale of bad soufflé pancake this one is edible. In all the countries I have eaten this type of pancake ( France/ Japan/ Thailand/ Singapore) the ones in Sweden are the worst, could it be the type of wheat flour that are used? Make it too dense and taste bland.

It was a bit busy, but this after opening so it is not an issue. Service was still quick, congratulations to the staff.
