One of my favorite spots in Zurich! If you love homemade sourdough, this place is an absolute must. Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and delicious. Even something as simple as their sourdough with butter was exceptional. We also had the breakfast plate, and every element was perfectly prepared. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I also love that you can buy their freshly baked sourdough to take home, which is such a great idea. The café itself is beautiful, with a stunning interior design and a lovely outdoor seating area that makes it the perfect place to relax. Great food, amazing coffee, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic service. I can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful modern cafe with a cool aesthetic. Coffee and staff are lovely! Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the vibe. The asparagus plate was very small and lacked flavor. Great spot for a caffeine fix, but the kitchen could use some improvement

The smell of food penetrates your nostrils as you enter. That was a really nice feeling. Coffee was meh, service was slow and the kimchy cheese toast was not cheesy enough.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We had to wait around 25 minutes before we could finally get someone’s attention to place our order. After ordering, we waited a long time for our food, while guests who arrived after us were already being served. In the end, there was also a mistake with our order, which meant we had to wait almost one hours and 15 minutes in total to receive our food. Reservations are not possible, which makes planning a bit difficult. As a small gesture for the long wait, they offered us water, which we appreciated.

Café Irma is a gem.The Bostok hit the exact sweetness point for my taste. not bland, not cloying. just balanced and satisfying without feeling heavy. The Kimchi Toast had depth with a nice crunch. Atmosphere is calm and confident. the kind of café where both food and space feel considered. Definitely worth trying their plates if you care about flavor and not just aesthetics.
