LaLaport Nangang

Mitsui's mega-mall that made Nangang a food destination
200,000 people showed up in the first four days, mostly for the food. Taiwan's first LOPIA supermarket (the Japanese Costco) anchors the place, alongside the first Taipei outpost of Chiayi's Lin Tsung Ming fish-head casserole and a Snow Peak camping cafe.
Upstairs skews Japanese and Korean streetwear, plus a Harry Potter shop. Weekends are a crush. Hit the LOPIA wagyu and sushi counters on a weekday morning instead.

Singaporean tourist here I love malls And this malls is great. Shopped for some shoes and it’s generally cheaper as compared to buying in SG. Buy! Great food options, but not it’s mostly Japanese food. It gives us a Japan theme vibe mall.

Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Nangang is a spacious and vibrant shopping mall, perfect for wandering without a destination in mind. We stopped by the Junkudo Bookstore on the third floor, where shelves were filled with anime merchandise and novels, creating a space that felt both lively and immersive. Later, we made our way to the food market for dinner, letting the day slow down among the scents and flavors of different cuisines. It’s a place where time seems to pass effortlessly—ideal for strolling, discovering little things, and taking a piece of the day home with you.

Very lively on the weekends. Been here about three times over the one year they’ve been opened. I enjoyed the bagels at Preserve (1st floor) They had a lot of interesting options. Also my go to is the winter melon drink with avocado milk foam zero sugar at Daming. Even though there’s many restaurants in this mall, it’s hard to find good food court food. It seems like this mall should have better shops, maybe more Japanese brands~

Had an amazing time here! The mall is incredibly spacious with a huge variety of shops and dining options. It’s clean, modern, and a great place to spend the whole day with family or friends. Highly recommend checking out the food court!
