Santorini Beach opened June 28, 2025, at Hotel Nesrine on Avenue de la Paix in Yasmine Hammamet. White walls, blue trim, the Greek-island look right down to the name. Cocktails, cold beer, and a wine list with more thought behind it than most beach bars manage. Open noon to 10pm daily.

DJ sets start light in the afternoon and build as the sun drops. By 6pm it's more sunset bar than beach spot, though the sand stays under the tables. It's smaller than the resort beach clubs nearby, which keeps it from feeling like just another hotel amenity. Plan for a few hours, not a full day at the beach.
