TUI Blue Palm Beach's pool bar, reborn in June 2025

Seabreeze took over the old Seabar Hammamet space at TUI Blue Palm Beach in June 2025. New décor, new name, new concept. Soft opening on the 14th, fully open by the 16th. It's a pool and beach bar rather than a straight restaurant, but the kitchen goes beyond the usual poolside snack menu.

The pitch: refined food, creative cocktails, and a pool that stays calm rather than crowded with inflatables. It mostly delivers on the first two. Non-hotel guests can usually get in with a reservation, worth calling ahead in peak season. Open seven days a week through summer.
