Rooftop sunsets, dinner, and dancing in central Hammamet

Upstairs Rooftop opened in mid-July 2025 on top of Hotel La Residence Hammamet, right in the town center. Sunset over the old town, cocktails, dinner, then a dance floor once it's actually dark. It's one of the few rooftop bars in central Hammamet rather than out in the resort zone, which matters if you're staying near the medina and don't want a taxi ride for a drink.

Get there before 7pm for a table with a real view, it fills fast once the light starts turning. The menu covers dinner too, not just bar snacks, though most people are there for the cocktails and the setting. It runs late, past 1am on weekends.
