Minimalist café on R6, yoga on the side

Nostraliva opened at 6pm sharp on June 27, 2025, on R6 across from the dental school. The announcement came on Instagram the night before. Four months later, Catrina Latte opened on the same stretch of street. Now the two split the same student crowd on the same block.

Inside, plain surfaces and little clutter, closer to a Scandinavian coffee shop than the ornate cafés common in the city center. The owners also run yoga sessions tied to the space. An odd pairing on paper, but it works for the regulars who show up for both.

“Nostra” as i like to call it couldn’t be more of a second home to me ; the staff are kind and attentive, the food is tasty and actually made with love and most importantly the coffee is excellent!😅 the decoration and theme of the café are super unique that they take the experience to a whole other level 🕊️🤍

on the food side , the espresso was good and enjoyable while the cheesecake was creamy and not overly sweet i cant talk much about the service other than it being fast and the atmosphere is a mix , its well decorated, beautiful and relaxing but it gets crowded and loud fast due to the limited space overall i enjoyed it , definitely would come back

I recently visited Nostraliva and had a delightful experience! Well decorated specially the door handle is very unique and original 😍 The iced hazelnut coffee was a perfect blend of rich flavors and refreshing chill 😋. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious treats made my visit truly enjoyable. (all we need is a sign to tell us is that space is a self serving space 🤗) Thank you 🙏 Highly recommend 👍🏻

The place was unique and really nice. The service was good, and we had a kiwi-banana smoothie along with a macaron cake, which was absolutely delicious! The only downside was that the place allows smoking.
