Wavy opened on February 22, 2025, right across from Monastir's regional library. One floor is a café-restaurant, the other a coworking space. That combo isn't rare in bigger cities, but in Monastir it's still enough of a novelty to be the whole pitch.

The kitchen sticks to sandwiches, snacks, and home-style pastries instead of a full menu. That suits laptop crowds more than a sit-down dinner. Two floors mean you can grab a coffee downstairs without bothering anyone actually working upstairs.
