Flashback Plus opened across from Monastir's public library on Avenue Taïeb M'Hiri, its interior finished and shown off in early February 2025. Downstairs runs jazz club style booths. Upstairs opens into a brighter, more open floor. The name and decor build the café around music history, not just a spot to open a laptop.
