Yörükoğlu is an esnaf lokantası, the tradesman's canteen format where you point at a steam counter of the day's home-style dishes: stews, bean plates, stuffed vegetables. It's where locals in Selçuk actually eat.

The food is whatever the kitchen made that morning, ladled out fast and cheap. A real local lunch in a town built around visitors.
