Coffee inside Uganda's oldest double-storied building

Source Cafe operates out of a building on Main Street that dates to 1919. It was put up by traders named Vithaldas and Khalidas, and Jinja's own city page calls it the oldest double-storied building left standing in Uganda. The cafe itself is much newer than the walls around it.

Coffee and food are standard cafe fare. The space doubles as a small crafts outlet, with local handmade pieces sold near the till. Sit upstairs if a table is free: the balcony over Main Street beats the ground floor.
