All-day café and wine bar under the glass roof of Princes Square
Come for the caramelised dulce de leche French toast, stay once the light shifts and the wine starts pouring. Delphine sits inside Princes Square on Buchanan Street, part of the Superlative Collection behind Glaschu and Blue Dog.
Chef Kenny Maltman's menu runs from brunch plates and salads to chicken Milanese and fishcakes with a poached egg. Rough Design did the interior: pistachio green panelling, warm timber, custom stripes, all under one of Scotland's most theatrical shopping arcades.

We came in for brunch, and Amy made sure that our visit was so worth it. From the moment we arrived, the treatment and care were exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. You could genuinely tell that she cared about our experience and wanted us to feel welcomed and taken care of. Her warm attitude and outstanding service truly made the visit memorable. We left feeling very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Stunning historical building. Great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly. Soup was carrot parm with coriander. Very nice! The chicken parm was perfect, quality ingredients, nice mozzarella. Steak & caramelised onion sandwich was beautiful, perfectly cooked steam. Can’t fault the place.

We were super happy with the service! We booked a table for 20 people, and despite the size of our group, the food arrived surprisingly quickly. I had the keto burger, and it was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Zoe, who looked after us all evening. She was incredibly patient with all our different requests and made sure everything was perfect. She made us all feel so welcome. We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We recently hosted our MAC x Noir Vybez Sip & Paint event at The Delphine and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue itself is beautiful, stylish, and created the perfect atmosphere for our guests. The team were incredibly accommodating, professional, and supportive throughout the planning process and on the day of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our guests loved the space, the service, and the overall experience, and we received great feedback throughout the evening. A special thank you to the team for their communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help bring our vision to life. We look forward to working with The Delphine again in the future and would highly recommend the venue to anyone looking to host an event in Glasgow.

From the initial greeting at the door until leaving, everything was fantastic. Met up with friends for brunch & wine and the service & food was impeccable. Thanks so much to Chloe, Cadhla & Dana for taking care of us - can't wait to come back!
