Cuvée opened in April 2025 above street level at 1 Lynedoch Street in Glasgow's West End, styled after a Parisian drawing room rather than a typical bar. It's a small room upstairs, reached by a narrow staircase, so you feel like you're arriving somewhere a bit secret.

The list leans on champagne and fine wine by the glass, backed by cheese, charcuterie and a short tapas menu, with cocktails for anyone who wants a break from the wine. The West End already had a strong wine-bar scene when Cuvée arrived, but it staked its claim on champagne specifically rather than the natural-wine focus of its neighbours.
