The pollo asado is the draw here, smoky and charred, with cold beer and cocktails to go alongside it. Pollo Primo built a following with its first Poncey-Highland spot before opening this second location in the same neighborhood.
It lands as part of a summer 2026 wave of openings that also brought new bars and restaurants to Old Fourth Ward and Virginia-Highland.
