Watch the whole process behind the counter: pouring, curing, labelling, all in the same room you're shopping in. Deejay Peak spent six years perfecting hand-poured soy candles before opening this Whitehead Street storefront, and it shows.
Beyond candles and travel tins, the shelves hold cold-pressed soaps, lotions and gift sets built around island scents. Blue Heaven is the one that keeps selling out. Find it on Whitehead between the Hemingway Home and the lighthouse.
Good to know
- Come mid-morning if you want to watch pouring - the studio work happens before the afternoon rush.
- It's a short walk from the Hemingway Home and the Key West Lighthouse, both on the same block of Whitehead.

Love this store and it will absolutely be on my list every time I come to Key West! We visited around St. Patrick’s day and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the whole fam! We talked about where we were from and our love of Key West! Such a lovely family and wonderful products! Every time I light a candle I’m instantly transported to the keys!!!

I had a wedding in Key West and I purchased all my bridesmaids candles to take home..They all smelled amazing and the perfect size. Definitely worth the trip and my wedding party had something local to take home with them... The store is super cute... Will definitely be back

This place is very cute and the owners are super nice. Only giving 4 stars because the candles do smell great but you cannot smell them when you burn them, even if it is for over 4 hours! Hoping I just ordered a bad batch. In response to the owner: my order is: #3748

Love candles? You have to check out the candles from Key West Candle & Bath Co. They smell amazing! We stopped into their store on Whitehead Street while riding bikes, they had so many great scents, it was tough to make a decision. The owner was so pleasant, her and her husband gave us some recommendations to see and do while in Key West, which all turned out to be great!
