A wine bar where the glass list changes monthly

The by-the-glass list here shifts with whatever the buyers brought in that month, closer to a bottle shop than a standard casino wine list. It built its following pouring far outside what resorts usually stock.

This JW Marriott Summerlin room is Wineaux's second Las Vegas Valley location, opened in August 2025 alongside the wave of new restaurants the resort added that year.
