An Italian espresso bar, standing room at the counter

Espresso gets ordered standing at the counter, pastries alongside. This is the Italian bar format, not the American cafe one. Qargo Coffee opened on 14 April 2026 in Suite C2 at The Collective, its first Nevada location.

The centre already held Braseria by EDO and the long-running Marrakech Mediterranean Restaurant. The Collective has become the densest concentration of new restaurants outside Chinatown.
