The piggy omelet and eggs benedict lead the breakfast side, and Chicago-style hot dogs and a BLT cover the rest of the day. Filling a closed breakfast room that fast is rare in this valley.

The Omelette Cafe opened on 8 April 2026 on West Flamingo Road, moving into a room that Egg Works had vacated only weeks earlier. Owner Ignazio Sessa also runs Omelet House and Sicilian Guys on North Rampart.
