Skewers arrive in bouquets rather than singly here, cumin-heavy and charred hard. This is Dongbei-style barbecue, the northeastern Chinese skewer tradition that dominates late-night eating in Harbin and Shenyang.
Chubby Skewers opened in June 2025 in Suite 105 on Spring Mountain Road, the newest Vegas concept from the Chubby Group. It joined a Chinatown that already had four other Chubby Group restaurants within a mile.
