East Coast lobster rolls, with a Florida twist
The classic roll is served cold with mayonnaise or warm with butter, and the variations get local: a Florida roll with pineapple and citrus mayonnaise, a BLT roll with bacon and bacon aioli.
Mystic Lobster Roll Company opened in May 2024 on Village Center Circle in Summerlin, the first Nevada shop for a chain based mainly in New Jersey and Florida.

Freshest most succulent lobster in town! Their Connecticut Lobster Roll with some lemon and dill is the best roll I have ever had. They even have happy hour daily! Everyone should try this place... they deserve lines out the door constantly!

Been there multiple times the food is great. The restaurant is small and cozy, never packed inside. The rolls are savory and fulfilling, 2 rolls will definitely get you full. All the rolls come with coleslaw and a pickle. The food comes fast, fresh, and delicious so if you love lobster rolls you have to come here.

Found Mystic Lobster online & stopped in to give the place a try. Place has a bit of a diner vibe. You place your order at the front counter & seat yourself. Went with a Connecticut Roll, adding a cup of Clam Chowder & fountain drink. Staff super upbeat / friendly. Order came out in just a few minutes & both sandwich & chowder were nicely hot & tasted great. Only nits, fountain drink was flat & a bit disappointed with size of sandwich. Yes, I know its lobster ($$), but the roll itself was little more than a Twinkie in size. Just under $40 before tip.
