Chinese-Vietnamese cooking that has outlasted its neighbours
Salt-toasted shrimp and the meat dishes are where the kitchen shows its hand, inside a menu that runs the full Chinese-Vietnamese register: a spicy bun bo Hue, rice vermicelli and fried rice plates, tofu and vegetarian dishes like mapo doufu.
It opened in December 2024 in Suite C101 on Spring Mountain Road, in a stretch of Chinatown that turns over restaurants fast. This one has held on.
