Jose Andres' meat temple, back within five weeks of closing

Whole suckling pig carved tableside, cotton candy foie gras and a raw bar that treats beef like sashimi remain the reasons to book. Most local reckonings still call it the best steakhouse in the city, louder and more theatrical than any of its rivals.

Bazaar Meat ended a decade-long run at the Sahara in July 2025 and reopened at the Venetian weeks later, the Jose Andres Group's eighth Strip restaurant. Very little of the format changed in the move.
