Kungfu Dumplings
★ 4.6 · 224 reviews Las Vegas Opened December 2024
Real xiaolongbao, well outside Chinatown
Xiaolongbao is the signature here, offered traditional and in a crab-and-pork version. Beyond the soup dumplings there are boiled fish dumplings, pork and corn, and a run of cold dishes.
It opened in December 2024 in Suites 108 and 109 on West Sahara Avenue near South Fort Apache Road. It is a rare good dumpling house well outside Chinatown.

A bit of a drive from the strip but definitely worth it. We were not expecting the big portions of food so we ordered a bit more than usual. Food was flavorful and the staff was attentive to it's guests. Would definitely recommend. For sure willing to return to try more of their menu.

The food was good, we got scallion pancakes with egg, honey walnut shrimp, crab and pork soup dumplings, and black truffle and pork soup dumplings. The scallion pancakes were really good. Honey walnut shrimp was solid, i like it a bit sweeter personally. The crab soup dumplings were solid. The truffle soup dumplings were a bit too rich in flavor for us. I really want to try the traditional ones next time. Our server Ler, was sensational which encourages us to return just for the service alone. :)

I'm so happy that my husband and I stumbled across this restaurant because it's just so unbelievably good. This was our first time eating here and the service was top notch. Our server immediately greeted us and let us know which items were highly recommended. We decided to go with the Traditional Soup Dumplings, Spicy Wontons, Chicken Garlic Sauce and the House Special Chow Mein. All of the food came out in a timely manner and it looked absolutely amazing. We tried the wontons first and they had a perfectly balanced flavor profile not too spicy, not too sweet. The soup dumplings tasted very good but the dough was just a tad bit on the thicker side giving it more of a chewier texture. The chow mein had a signature smoky flavor from the wok that mingled so well with the other ingredients, I couldn't stop eating it. My husband absolutely loved the main chicken dish and said the meat was so tender and the sauce was so flavorful. This whole experience exceeded our expectations and it's one of the less expensive dumpling spots I've been to that offers quality Chinese food.

This review is after my second visit here. The first time was a year ago when they first opened. We order the dumplings then which were good but this time, we ordered other items and no dumplings at all. We came for a late lunch, around 1:30pm, on a Saturday and luckily it wasn't crowded so we were seated right away. We probably missed the lunch rush and that was fine with us. We ordered the following: 1. Schezuan spicy beef noodle: 5/5. The flavor is nice and it wasn't spicy at all which was good so we could taste the savory flavor of the broth. The noodles were chewy and the beef were very tender. 2. Beef chow mein: 5/5. flavorful and the chow mein weren't overcooked so it was nice. The beef slices were tender, not chewy or overly cooked. 3. Chef's special: chicken in garlic sauce: 5/5. Saucy, flavorful and it was a nice combo of sweet and sour but not completely a sweet and sour dish. Chicken pieces were big pieces, more of the white meat, tender and not dry. Tons of julienned onion, red and green peppers and some woodear mushrooms. It comes with a bowl of rice The staff was friendly, good services, came a few times to check on us. The best part is, the prices for their entrees are very affordable! Can't beat good food at a reasonable price with today's inflation! We will come back again to try other entrees!

Food was absolutely delicious, honedtly i can say it's the best of the best. I ordered the chow main special which has all the meats incluiding shrimp, it tasted amazing. Spicing wonton is a 1000/10 and shrimp and pork soup dumplings are a bomb! Best food place I've ever been, definitely coming here often for more
