A New York steakhouse that takes its Italian half seriously

A 40-ounce bistecca alla Fiorentina anchors the menu, but the roasted wild mushroom and black truffle lasagna and the caviar cannoli are what diners photograph. Alfred Portale is culinary director, three decades at Gotham Bar and Grill behind him; Michael Rubinstein runs the kitchen day to day.

Sartiano's opened inside the Wynn in March 2026, the first outpost of Scott Sartiano's New York original. Longtime Wynn cocktail architect Mariena Mercer Boarini built the bar program.
