Honor BBQ

Las Vegas Opened 5 July 2024

Texas barbecue for a valley that had none

The smoker runs the standard Texas repertoire, and the shop keeps the hours of a neighbourhood place rather than a destination. It sits two doors from Chalong Thai Street Kitchen, which opened a few months earlier.

Honor BBQ opened on 5 July 2024 in Suite 101 on Blue Diamond Road. It serves the Mountain's Edge side of the valley, which had almost nothing of the kind.
