Moody late-night Italian in charcoal and black suede

Charcoal tones, veneered brick and black suede banquettes set a deliberately moody room. Cashew and Calabrese sausage pizza, coxcomb pasta in mezcal pomodoro and thickly sliced porchetta anchor a menu that runs late.

Bramare opened in July 2024 in Suite H at The Collective on Paradise Road, from Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander of Batch Hospitality. The pair also own Table 34. It is pronounced brah-MAR-aye.
