Fish from Morocco to Greece, served beside the Wynn's lake

Boats working off Morocco, Spain, Italy and Greece supply most of the fish. It arrives whole, grilled or salt-baked to order. Whole orata, paella and lobster spaghettini lead the kitchen.

Pisces opened on the Lake of Dreams at Wynn Las Vegas in May 2025, with Martin Heierling as executive chef. The room runs on a life-aboard-a-yacht conceit: urns painted with merfolk, chairs upholstered in fish-skin leather, a wall mapped like the ocean floor.
