Boyd Gaming named its new Gold Coast dining room for 1975, the year the company itself was founded. The kitchen cooks modern American food without fuss, built for a room where the plate matters as much as the odds.

It opened on 18 February 2026, part of a wider push to put real cooking into Boyd's off-Strip properties. Close enough to the Strip to pull visitors, it keeps Gold Coast locals at the bar too.
