Italian standards done properly, not reinvented

The menu sticks to Italian standards done properly rather than reinvented. Executive chef Ricardo Romo followed it the following summer with a third restaurant in the same part of the valley, Tuscan Cove.

Hospitality executive Steven Kennedy and Romo opened it in September 2024 in Suite 100 on South Decatur Boulevard near Cactus Avenue. The pair also own Chef's Roma Kitchen in Henderson.
